Staffs: All Administrative and Medical staffs work on voluntary basis or on part-time basis with nominal salary and honorarium.

Food: Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea, Dinner. Always local foods are provided. Sometimes ready meals are supplied by donors which are uncertain.

Religious Educations: A Religious Teacher has been detailed for the religious and spiritual educations of the old aged women.

Medical Service: A Para medical Team consisting of local doctor and nurses look after the residents of Asrom and an M.B.B.S doctor comes frequently and prescribes medicines for the women. Sometimes, medicines are received from the donors. Critical Patients are sent to specialists on requirements.

Accommodation: A two-storied building with 10 rooms have been hired for the accommodation of women. Cots and beds are arranged in such a way that 90 women are adjusted within limited accommodation.

Recreational Actives: Various Recreation Actives are organized for/by old age women which include dance, song, indoor games, video’s and TV arrangements and other cultural events.
